PRICING:
Hourly Service Rate Call for One Person – $179.00 for the 1st hour or less; for any hour thereafter (prorated at the $179.00 hourly rate in 15 min. increments.)
Hourly Service Rate Call for Two Person – $219.00 for the 1st hour or less; for any hour thereafter (prorated at the $219.00 hourly rate in 15 min. increments.)
* The above hourly rate does not include materials and/or travel fee if job is located outside our traditional work area. Any and all prices listed on this website are subject to change without notice.
ESTIMATES:
What is an estimate? Would you like to expand your closet? Change our cabinets or countertops? Have a fence built and/or repair, small bathroom update, or multiple small jobs around the house, for example? These are examples of what we call a small project and require an in person estimate. Our minimum estimate fee for small projects is $99.00 and up (depending on the scope and size of your project).
Estimates Include:
Walk-through visual view – Our General Contractor will come out to see your project and let you know what can be done.
Written Estimate – Usually provided in 3-5 business days depending on the size and scope of project (some may take longer). This proposal will include pricing of materials, cost of labor and laying out an accurate scope of work so the estimate is accurate.
***If after receiving the estimate if you decide to use our services, the fee cost is deducted from your overall project cost.***
